This Noe Valley yard was barren and full of gravel ground cover when we arrived. We immediately created a perimeter fence with clear cedar to distinguish this property from the neighboring houses. Using finished concrete to elevate the sophistication of the backyard’s look, we then built a small ipe deck to compliment the simple outdoor kitchen. A hot tub encased in ipe was made even more intimate with the addition of ipe benches and a stainless steel wire railing with cedar cap. A fire pit and planter walls add the final touches in making this yard a true example of indoor – outdoor living.
